Not working washing machine

Do Not Buy With Crown
When you call the warranty, they have an excuse for everything why they cant restore your house back to the original constuction. "They are not paying for it, we are. We dont have to match or air spray your walls" why not, the paint you are using look different.
I was so angry when we had our 1 yr.
Inspection to fix nail pops. They used watered down paint and now I can see the difference in the color. I think they must have used left over wood because now I can see patches or splits showing up on the staircase.
The dryer vent and microwave vent must be built wrong because in the winter, I feel the cold air and the microwave is the same.
Kitchen must not be insulated correctly because in the winter, it is super cold near the cabinets. Plus, the pantry closet is so hot in the summer, I leave the door open.

Georgia is hot and I have to turn my thermostat so low upstairs to offset the heat during the day. If not, it takes a while to cool down. All attics should have a fan in Georgia to offset the heat. I have one air condition unit.
If I set one, the other is the same. Never heard of that.
It runs all the time plus, I had to pay 300 to get it gassed up and we are coming up on our 4th year.
I feel like I was tricked especially when I visit other homes older than mine that dont have my issues. We are in our 4th year.

Crown is the worse. I assume my husband and I was being punished because we did not use their financing.
First time when building a house we could not visit the home during construction. I see why now. After the paint gets old, we see bad wood used. Split wood, knots, hammer dents all fixed by putty and painting over them.
We have some animal in our wall. He runs around, fall at all time if night. Fireplace panel gets smoky and you have to clean every two weeks. Who inspected the home when we did not have a turn off valve for water.
Resulted in leak due to cheap pipes that burst. Air condition did not have freon. Had to get that corrected and the dust is overwhelming. I have allergies and even my pets are having breathing problems.
I picked a space to have a large backyard. They knew that was the worst space. Granite and two fences that destroyed the area we planned for our garden. Sales person told me later sometimes it is not good to be the first to build in a new community.
What the *** This was going to be our retirement home but we are reevaluating. :( The 2/10 manager is the worse.
Have an excuse for everything. No pride in his work and he brings 6 workers with him, I guess to pretend they were needed, to scam Crown who is now Horton homes.
