When they backfilled the sewer line they threw everything on top of it including bricks and wood from home next door construction. Then they drove the fork trucks over the line when they were distributing the brick for the house.

First clog was 3 months after moving in and contractor plumber cleared the line with an auger. Second time contractor plumber came out after 1 year and did the same. This time he said that if it happens again he would bring out the camera.

Well it has been 3 years and 2 months since purchase and finally the pipe fully cracked due to the cold weather I guess and when the plumber I hired pulled out the auger from the pipe there was mud on it.We are now in negotiations with Crown / DR Horton to reclaim the money I spent on a real plumber 2 weeks ago to fix the problem not to kick the can down the street until the 2 year warranty is over.

Review about: Crown Communities House Construction.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $608.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I liked: Staff who answered the phone.

I didn't like: Constant rescheduling of repairs.
